New Channa Bleheri Are Not What They Seem !

Well my new 12 Channa Bleheri i got from Wildwoods the other week, now having grown a bit more have been mis identified, they are in fact 12 Channa SP. Assam's.

Pretty damn good news as these were what i was originally after but couldn't get hold of.

Now all i need is to find some real Channa Bleheri as i still want them too.

I think Assam are very nice, not as showy as bleheri, but still very attractive.
Where are you going to put them all if your going for two breeding groups of the different species?

the Assams are in a 5 footer at the moment, When i get Bleheri i will get less and they will go in a 4 footer.
They are tiny at the moment and look lost in such a big tank

My shop's got some Bleheri in.... About 2 1/2 inches each....
