New Betta!

Probably not imeddiatly, but I will eventually after they get settled in their new tank.

im happy to hear that your parents are letting you get a bigger space for them. i hope you will post more pics when they are settled into thier new homes.

Not to poop on your parade, but how are you going to divide a bowl?

Just wait....

My parents cancled the shipment (I didn't know how they did it, but they did  ) because they realised you could get cheaper tanks/bowls ect. at our local pet store. So, in a few days, I'll be going out to buy two seperate new homes for my Betta's.

it would probably best you get 2 rectangular tanks theres a bit more swimmin space than a bowl there easier to aquascape and put heaters in :good:

Your right, but for the moment I'm just going to upgrade to something larger and then in time buy an actual TANK when I raise enough money.

Thanks for all your help guys.

I am glad you are getting a new home for your betta. I got a 2 gallon bowl for $20 later that weekend I fot a 2.5 gallon fish tank for $10. I have the bowl aready with a fish in it. The tank I only have plants, just incase someone at the pet store says "hey take me home I will build a bubble nest for you." I usually get most of my bowls and tanks at thrift stores or off craigslist.com Be sure to clean the used ones very well I use vinegar to clean them (the acid takes off a lot of water spots and changes the ph to disinfect) and then rise really well.
