ok I decided to go with a new tank. I found a half off sale that goes to the end of the month. I will build my stand. Now to do some research on equipment. Mostly I need to find good cheap lighting for plants.

I don’t know what plants you are looking to grow, but my tank is under a window and has no artificial light. The plants are growing like crazy but I do only have “easy” care plants.
