Last Mon morning I ordered a 48x24x24 tank with cabinet from ND Aquatics. Their bloke John quoted up to five weeks for delivery. An hour later I get a call that I could have the tank that Saturday as they have deliveries nearby anyway, but I wasn't in so delivery was shelved for the time being. Then two days ago another call - it'll be here Thurs (today) - apparently another couple of deliveries in the area. Busy boys!
So at 1045 today I get a call from Nerijus that he's 15m away. At 11am he's wheeling the bits in. At 11.20 he's gone. Turns out Nerijus is the 'N' in N D Aquatics, he's the tank builder (trusts no-one else to do it) and D is his business partner who does the cabinets.
It's big. Like, really big. Photos do not do it justice. We have laminate floor so we went for bavarian beech and got some polystyrene to even it out on the floor included in the deal.
