New 240l Tank. Nitrite, Nitrate Etc Levels?

For the last 2 days the readings have been

PH - 7.4
Ammonia - 0
Nitrite - 0
Nitrate - 20

i shall keep checking the levels for the next week or so to make sure the ammonia and nitrite dont rise just

after 5 days of no ammonia or nitrite i tested it this afternoon and

Nitrite - 0.5
Nitrate - 20

Thats not good. Whats you pH? You done anything to the tank recently?

the ph has always been between 7.6 & 7.8

only thing ive done lately was use the interpet meds
