Neon Tetra Problem...

Well it was like 1 am and i came in my room where i keep the tank and i turned the light on because i forgot something there..And when i turn the light on i check on my fish to make sure the betta female didint do anything..And i find the female very pale and most of my neon tetra...After i stared 30 mins being scared its NTD some of my tetras got their color back,and this morning when i came back to see if they got the color back every fishy was ok with all the colors back to normal...Ware they sleeping or was it because they were in the dark for a few hours?So basicly i left the room at 11 pm they had their colors and 2 hours later at 1am they were pale and in the morning at 11 am they were ok...Atm they are looking fine and eating.

They probably went pale because it was dark and you turned the light on. My fish do the same, don't worry

oh thanks so much i taught its neon tetra disease and i had problems sleeping because of this lol

It's quite normal for fish to change colour at night.

My false neons lose all their blue and go a reddish gold, almost like a glowlight.

My neons used to go silver with a lilac line, no red, just lilac all over
