Need To Help Out A Friend

My friends nephew has a 4ft tank, he likes cichlids and wants them.
He has asked me for a little help on stocking and advice on cycling.
The tank is 48x20x15

He asks me if this is an okay stocking, I say no but what do you think?

1 Tiger Oscar
1 Delhezi Bichir (not sure on spelling)
2 Female convicts
1 Firemouth
1 Jack dempsey

I say no as well. Remove the Oscar, but that's all I know.

Hi, its about 60 gallons which is not big enough for an Oscar - The rest could work but I would not be 100% on how the remaining 4 would get on could be a bit hit and miss.

Instead of a Delhezi I would go for a Senegal Bichir.

75g as a minimum still not 100% ideal They are big bulky fish something like a Trigon 350 or a Rio 400 would be good but obviously need an external filter fitting.

He isnt buying another tank, he lives with his uncle and he wont let him buy another tank, I was thinking about getting this tank for my bedroom as all of my tanks are in my sitting room.

Im going to go for a smaller tank in my room as space is a bit of an issue.
