Need Huge Stone/rock That Is Chemically Inert

Need massive help as my tank is all ready but the only thing im waiting for is to find the right main stone/rock
Originally i had found the perfect seiryu stone only to after find out it will raise the ph.

Being in a hard water area raising the ph much more will be too much i think

(Im not sure how much itll raise it by but i can't buy it and return it as it costs a fortune.


So what other beautiful stone that is intricate, grey/blue/dark and i need a huge piece around 50cm tall
Must be inert too



Phoned up all fish stores and sites and now im stuck!

That seiryu was the perfect look and size but so annoyed its not inert

I was in maidenhead aquatics today, the branch at Leith, Edinburgh, and they just taken a delivery of huge pieces of rock. They were at least 30cm x 20cm but might have been much bigger. I didn't have a good look at them because they are FAR to big for my 90L. Also don't know the type of rock but they were and off white colour and had many nooks and crannies.

Not sure where you are but if you're nowhere near edinburgh, if that branch had them, maybe the others will be getting them. Maybe you could call them?

Have a look in your local garden centre. Got all my huge pieces of slate from there in a choice of many colours and dirt cheap too! They have massive pieces all shapes sizes and colours and it wont alter your water stats or harm your fish  either .

Ive been to a few and they have slate but no one yet has any large intricate rock
