Need help identifying this snail

[MeleeMelody]

I work in retail, we have a floral department and today I got some flowers with a snail under them. Not really sure what type it is, I assume a garden snail but i don’t know. And I’m not too sure how to take care of it either

Does anybody know what snail this is?
