Nano Tank Help

Is the tank fishless currently? If so for how long and what was in before?

It has a few hrp fry in there at the minute and they have been in there for about a week. Previously it had a group of juvi ellioti.

Yeah i would ask about the Haras there great fish. I wouldnt add them all at once if its just had a few fry keeping it going for the last week. I would start of with the Mosquitos then go from there.

Yes I think this is the best way to go.

As above I would first add 6 Boraras briggitae, the filter and plants if you add them should deal with any waste, just keep an eye on the water parameters and do water changes if necessary, feed little too, after another week I'd add up the B.briggitae to their final numbers, then the week after that add the Gourami's and then the shrimp a week after that.
