Mysterious white spots

For about a couple weeks now I’ve noticed one of my white clouds keeps getting these white spots on them. They come and go and move to different locations on the body (not the fins) they keep disappearing and reappearing. Im pretty familiar with ich, so this is acting different to me. It’s the only one out of 13 that has this issue that’s been going on for weeks. What the hell is it?

The one I posted is the best photo I have. I looked today and they appear to have fallen off. I’m sure they will be back tomorrow. It’s so weird.
