or you can just open the pictures in paint (for windows) and go to Image > Attributes
and then change the size to what is asked by the forum. its quick and easy

if you need to know how to on mac just say so and i can tell you how to as well

What size do the photos need to be?

if you make the height about 640 pixels you should be fine. when you change the height and the width should change by its self. it will be big enough for people to see clearly
