Wow! I am incapable of forming anything more coherant than that. Just Wow!
 Thank you! I've worked real hard on this tank and it is completely DIY. I cut a notch out of the back and glued on an external overflow. I also did the fuge, sump and baffles myself. I made PVC racks for the rocks as to keep any detrious off the sandbed, and mounted the Seio Tunze style with a nylon bolt and a drill. :)

The complete building of the tank can be found here for anyone interested.

Very nice tank. Curious, I know nothing of the reef world, but in pics 3 and 4, the whitish stuff on the glass, what is that? Is that the "reef" taking over or is something else?

Thanks for all the compliments! I recenlty scraped all that coraline off the front glass. Its such a pain it grows so fast! This weekend the job is to scrape at least one side clean. The weather is really heating up, so i'm also going to try and mount the return pump out of the water, it adds about 3 degrees to the tank. I also am in the process of building a DIY calcium reactor. Should provide some good stability to the tank, currently i'm dosing kalk 24/7 and still must dose some baking soda to keep the alk within acceptable range.
