My plant is reprodcing?

Well, when I first got the plant, out of the many stems with big flat leaves, it had one stem with a small lead all curled up. Over time, the leaf slowly opened and revealed some sort of seed stick. It looked like a corn cob. The "kernels" were falling off from the bottom up. Now, part of the bottom is empty and green with barbs and the upper section still has those little "kernals" which are also about to fall off. Am I going to see little plants starting to grow? Is this normal? Is this good? Here's a pic I that took right now.

looks like a normal flower of an Anubias, nothing to worry about. :D Ours seem to flower every month or so but they normally end up getting eaten by one of the fish
