This is a 40 gallon *US Gallons*
100% live plants.

the current stock is:

1x angel fish
12x harlequins
2x red eye tetra *getting more i rescued these*
2x albino corys *on my next trip to LFS i am getting about3-5 more.
 
Looks completely empty at first.... :unsure:

Thank you mike, i dont know why u cant see any fish in the one pic, but they are their :dunno:

confusing. Anyways, i all that for free...

filters, lights, hood, canopy, stand, cleaning stuff, heater, and some decor. plus more.
 
oh, well anyways, the first thing that i took out was the skull :thumbs:

I am getting another backround soon too. as i am not a fan of the one i currently have
 
Thanks, i am going to try and get a close up pic of him/her, but everytime ii got near the tank he looks directly at me lol! :dunno:

looks loads better - but... did you set it all up and add fish straight away (from the gravel and bottles of water it looks like it)

you'll need to keep a close eye on the chemical levels in there and waterchanges will be a must.
 
Actually i cleaned it first. about a week later i transfered all the stuff from my 29 *including gravel and most water* to this 40, the bottoms are the same size, the 40 is just very tall. So after i added water ect. i added my live plants and all that. it was set up for a couple hours and i added a couple fish. waited like 30-45 min. then added my other fish. This tank has the filters from my 29 gallon ank + the one that it came with. So i am not worried about filtration if that is what ur talking about.
