i was on about cycling the tank, have a look Here

but by the sounds of it you should be ok. was the filter still running when you moved it across (eg not left to dryout) if so then the bacteria in there should still be alive and doing its job (same as the gravel).

Yep, I had the filter running all they way.

I know about cyceling and everything, im not new to fish keeping
Everything should be fine, unless a filter gives out. *Knocks on wood*.

im going to leave the tank at the current stock for a week or so, then i am going to add some fish. Just to let the other filter catch up.
