My New Tank

well i bought a new tank and have designed it it isnt the best but i looks nice

adding the substrate and main decor:

then adding the water and fake silk vivarium plant:

then because i have some old media and the waters from the same tank as the media now i add my betta

now he is happy:

That's really pretty and good for a single betta!

Just don't add anything else though, it's good the way it is.

Looks great dude, must have been a nice quick one to get running! Never really seen the fascination with Betta's, but im starting to see it lol (The Mrs always see's it, but ive done well buying over 40 fish in the last 6 months and have managed to keep her away!)

I got that mirror in high school from the wood tech section so i have no idea

Yup, pigmys would be ok in there. I wouldnt have too many however, as the floorspace isnt huge, 6 maybe?

They might appreciate some real plants and more hiding space however Its an odd thing, but the more cover you provide, the more you see them. My Panda's went into voluntary solitary confinement inside a coconut cave for over a week when i first got them, only coming out after lights out to find food. Now that ive planted out the bottom with dwarf grass and a few other bits, im seeing them all over the tank, as well as their eggs.
