My New Tank

Hi my new tank (juwel rio 300) just got delivered. it looks a lot bigger in my living room than on the website ha ha. i've built the stand and now waiting for some assistance to get the tank onto the stand. now i just need to decide on stocking and cycle it.

i've recently read in another forum that he purchased a standart-package juwel aquarium with a heater that wasn't large enough to cope with the size of the aquarium. so i cannot recommend this company to anyone.

HI i got the dark wood one.
its got a 300W heater so should be enough.
So far im not to sure on the filter i prefer external canisters but will have to see how it goes.
Still havent got water in it yet becuse the hose pipe is frozen

Hi just a quick one, this is my first big tank and i know it should be level but there is about 4-5mm difference in water level on one side to the other, is this an aceptable amount or should i try to level the tank more?
