No changes as yet. Waiting until the rain and snow clear to get on the roof to re-seal some leaky roof screws.

Picking up some surplus bricks tomorrow from a friends conservatory. Im fitting a new external door to the side of the garage, replacing the first window. Im waiting for some panels for the door.

was gonna suggest putting a drainage hole in the floor for any spills

Drainage will be via a few standpipes in the room leading to the outside drain.

Picked up the bricks, there's about 150.
Also took 5 8'x4' 50mm sheets of polystyrene insulation....which was nice

Sealed and insulated the roof yesterday, added pics.

What do I plan on keeping? Answer allsorts, but nothing BIG. I really dont know until I try my hand at it. My water is extremely soft which gives me plenty of scope.
