sorry for not updating much , what little time I was on the computer I had a lot of people here congratulate me. thanks everyone.
So far no hatching and dad is doing good. I told that so many times yesterday I forgot to update my thread.... )

just wanted to see if anyone could see the filter I was using.....I think the spawn went well with the filter I used. We will see how development goes with it.
But I am using a whiper power filter 5-15. I have an intake tube covered up with a tetra brilliant sponge. the sponge was put on an existing tank 2 months ago. It is fully cycled. the pad is fully cycled it has been in the filter for 2 months also and not a speck of dirt on it the sponge has it all LOL.... anyways. the heater is a 150 marineland brand submersible. the tank is divided with a penn plax divider. I also have one of those craft canvas (made of plastic) up against the output of the powerfilter so the water trickles down the craft canvas and there is no water movement at all.....I will take a pick once the fry get free....I dont know why others dont do that ? all other fish breed with filtration LOL

ok still nothing yet...when i tried to shine a light Daddy got in my way I didnt want to upset him. I see some solid white rggs not many and a buch of clear colored yellow eggs....

I am worried about him eating, it has been since saturday since late......I dont want him to eat any eggs. He is hanging tight by them for now...I am worried about him not eating for so long...someone slap me silly and tell me I am doing the right thing...
