My Festivum Cichlids

I officially went to the LFS yesterday to get a few snakeskin gouramis but then i seen the festivum cichlids.
I felt so bad for them at the LFS because this nasty pike cichlid was constantly picking their fins and they were all in the corner.
So i decided to save some. So i need a little info please because i really like these cichlids.

Ok thanks. Are they easy to breed? and do they like to swim (top,bottom,middle?)

I think they are a top/middle swimmer but as with all cichlids they go all over really. People sometimes compare them to angelfish and they have pretty similar requirements and get to a similar size but lack the height of the angels. From what Ive read they do breed quite easy but sometimes a bit hard to sex.

Aww poor fish. I love to rescue fish sometimes it is just ment to be. Hope they heal up fast. Enjoy them they seem pretty cool.

WEll 1 of them died
and the other 1's really shy. i walk into the room and it hides.

I refunded the dead 1 for two green severums.
