Hi all,

Have had an established tank for a couple of months now, and been a member since end of last year. But I've just gone and bought a tank on ebay. Not bad - only 20 quid, but I'm guessing I'm now on the slippery slope to multiple tank syndrome.

I've managed to justify this one to myself as a quarantine / hospital tank, but I'm now thinking what reasonings (logical / not) do people use on themselves / partners / family members to get that next tank?

i just find reasons that the objector likes.

yesterday I went to a sea life centre. well, im getting my sea-horse aquarium and if i had the money and space, id be permitted a seal sanctuary too

well i was given a tank(my 2nd 10gal) by my brother's friend who was moving away. and he just so happened to have an iridescent shark (insane i know) so i "HAD" to buy a bigger tank. so when i saw a big one on sale from a re-locateing LFS i bought it (against my parents will hahahaha) JUSTIFIED!!! and fun as hell! although I'm moving out in a few months.. hope i can take em with me!!
