Nope, thats what they are. Their latin name is Colomesus Asellus.

What size is it? Dwarf Puffers can be kept in 5 gallons...

5 gallon fluval chi kit. Dimensions are 10" x10"x 12". LxWxH.

Worth looking into then. If well planted and scaped it would probably work. But that would be it though... S'up to you.

Would it be like 1 puffer though? If so I think I'll just stick to my betta plan, little easier that way.

I think everyone should own some kind of Puffer in their life. Very interesting and characterful fish indeed.
