Hay all i know this isn't the best place for it here it goes

I've seen these bio-sphere thingys and they cost quite a bit so i thought i'd make my own. i've got a 3L jar and it has some sand a pice of ceramic rind some plants and some daphnia and i've put some plant food in there so do u think it will work?

We have them at Micheals Arts and Crafts. They sell alot to school and work half desently. You can get them there for cheap if you watch to see when the flyer comes out and use a 40% off cupon (should only be around 10 bucks then).

Isn't that just a terrarium? They're pretty easy to make, I did one in grade 8, I think. You may need to add something else to put carbon dioxide into the air, like some insects or something.

Almost exactly like a terrarium it's a glass contaniter with a special area for soil and such. you could always just make one with a 1gal container or check out ebay for prices
