i wouldnt say well over filtered with the fish i have especially the jack dempsey he is one messy eater spits his food in and out also the acara doesnt stopsifting through the gravel i dont think the spiek has effected my fish too much yet just few rips in fins no other symptoms and they are feeding perfectyl and acting normal

Good good. Just stick a big dose of Prime in when you get it. 5ml i'd say.

also is it not 5ml for 200litres for the ammonia an ddechlorinator it says 5x normal dose for nitrite so that would be a 25ml dose

Yeah at maximum dose but your nitrite's not even 1ppm, which is not great but it could be worse. It's up to you...

yea true i may add a slightly higher dose than 5ml say 10-15ml then see if that changes anything
