Thanks hun, I have had many tanks over the years but I feel that (for the space and money I currently have) this is my pièce de résistance!

The Festivum was a fluke, he was in a tank marked Flag Cichlids but the others were babies, someone must have brought him into the shop, he was only a fiver but a nice big size and reminds me of a pearl gourami somewhat and such a gentle nature. I love those one-off finds, where someone has grown a fish on but it outgrows their tank or something, I once bought a huge RTBS for a fiver (but he was a bully so couldn't keep him)

Added the giant swords today and arranged the wood better

Also lost all 3 of my geo. tapajos today and I can't imagine why

WOW!When you said they were huge you weren't kidding!!Awesome lookin!!!

Can't believe I got them both for £5 delivered :hyper: now to keep them flourishing - root tabs or some sort of liquid fert?

I put root tabs under mine, then gonna start liquid, and sera co2,until the tabs run out, then pop bottle for me! lol

I am terribly unscientific and my crypts just grow without any help other than the tank lights and sunlight, I just have to keep these swords alive though, I think I will grab some root tabs to help them take and go from there, as long as my sev doesn't eat them that is
