Currently I've only tried him on prawn, which he didn't seem to eat, so I'm getting some lancefish and carnivore pellets/sticks to se if he prefers them. I'm also probably going to put a few small guppies or tetras in with him to eat anything he doesn't and for food, if he wants. i'm also going to get him some pvc pipe and a nice big bushy plant, he's skulking behind the wood because the flowerpots aren't giving enough cover...

Awwwww look at the little guy! My bichir eats everything, including some small vegi pellets for the other fish in his tank. Can't wait till that guy gets big . How does it feel to finnially get a cool fish?

Yep, I walked in for a look as they sell the best oddballs in the area, and I saw him and thought . In that order. So I went back on Monday and bought him .

Thankee for the comments, see, everybody loves ickle baby delhezis Cept my friend, who wasn't too happy when I said he'd sort out her platy problem. And tetra problem. And whatever else she happends to have in her tank problem.
