Nice place to be born! I spent some time wandering around Scotland a while back, and had a lot of fun trying to figure out how the pronunciation worked when I was up north where the signs are in Gaelic and English.

It's usually mispronounced. For those wondering: "Sear" like you would cooking a steak and "Shuh" like "shut". Shadow is easy, but we usually call him Remnar, his middle name.
Irish names are always rather exciting to spell, aren't they? Though I would have pronounced it little differently - "Sor - sha" I think those differences probably come down to local pronunciation.

I've never heard that pronunciation before. It's interesting how that changes depending on where you are.

Woah just saw this. Sounds weirdly familiar. I think I saw them at a big meet somewhere in North Carolina. Why?
Oh, you mentioned you were a swimmer. Our swim team has won a completely unreasonable number (21? Maybe 22? Maybe a whole bunch?) of consecutive state championships, and I think they're tied for the national record or something. Pretty amazing program. I have absolutely nothing to do with it (I swim like a cat) so I'm not bragging. Just wondered if you'd heard of them and thought you might find it interesting.

Grilling with my daughter. She is taking an interest in cooking. She's my best friend. Took the kids to the park earlier as well. And a photo I took of Mrs. Petz a few years ago.

Yea, I think I raced one of your fast kids at Zones in the 50 free. Crazy stuff.

Since we are sharing baby pictures here are two of my granddaughter Emilia, the 1st one was at the hospital, she was a tiny premature baby. Only 2 pounds 11 ounces at birth and the 2nd was just taken a few days ago she is now one. Still tiny but a happy baby.
My son was premature too. 2kg and now 15kg!
