Isn't it against the rules to advertise other fish websites?

The home page looks good. But then on the other pages you have a blue background that clashes with the green design. I would make it all black like the homepage.
Also on the fish page you have blue green and red. Just too much colour going on.

You will NOT get lots of traffic to a website hosted somewhere like that. If you are SERIOUS about designing a website then you need to pay for your own webspace and domain name. As it is what you are doing is next to pointless.
Test lots, design lots, get a proper domain and then make sure the site is to a finished standard before you go showing people it. No one will remember to come back to a half-done website.
Sorry to be so utterly blunt but I have designed lots of websites and worked for lots of websites. I have seen many like yours come and go, or simply dissapear into the obscurity that is The Internet, mainly because they aren't instantly recognisable, and a wealth of knowledge.
