New look to Seriously Fish website

I really like the new look to Seriously Fish’s website. Pleasing to the eye and easier to navigate.

That's a much needed update for them. The information was always good but it was an ugly and clunky site. Much better now.

Thanks for the heads-up. I hadn't visited SF in a while and very glad to see the long-overdue overall has happened.

OMG SO much better!!! I hated the layout of it before. It is really good for information, but was just so hard to look at before.

I'm going against the grain and say I prefer the old look. Why? Because the text in the new look fills less than half the page meaning there is less info on the page and I have to keep scrolling down and down to reach the bottom of a section. Almost half the page is empty except for a few tables right at the top.
Yes, I use a laptop not a phone. The new one looks like it's intended for phone users with a vertical screen rather than a horizontal one.

I suppose I'll get used to it.

Those of us who use laptops (or desktops) are going to have to get used to phone formatted sites. For substance, Seriously Fish is as good as any older fishbook, It's researched, grounded and thought out. I use it often, along with Corydoras World and some killie sites.

The idea that everyone can be an expert hurts the internet sources. Anyone can become an expert, and earn respect for what they do. Then the internet just becomes a place to be backstabbed. I like the idea of anonymous information. It's vetted by a group with knowledge, but it cuts out the egos and big heads. The info's what matters.
