my dwarf gourami has a little lump on his face, im wondering what it is and wheter i can treat it or not its about 3mm in diameter right near his mouth, the other week it was a bit red but now its normal skin color, but its gradually getting bigger, is it like a tumor or somthing more simple?

ill shall quickly see if i can get a photo...

This is a notorious problem for dwarf gourami's. I have lost two to the same fate. They seemed happy but they didn't live longer than 3 weeks. It is a genetic flaw due to mass production I'm afraid. Not good stock. There was nothing I could do to save them.
Sorry to bear bad news but I'd have to say don't be surprised if you lose him.

any one else has this??? is my fish defo going to die then..he's my fav noooooooooo

well im guessing that mines been about a month-month 1/2 already, so if he drops dead i know what it is! poop :-(

hey wilder thanks a link about it...at least you didnt say 'oh your fish is going to die'!

cauliflower disease has similar looking lumps which sprout around the head (type of tumour). its not fatal and the fish can live with it, and sometimes they go again.

yay more hope..i wont hold my breath thou i guess ill just cherish every moment with him in case its the last...awww
