Dwarf blue gourami has lump and discoloration

Hi, everyone. I'm new to this forum and I'm wondering if anyone can help me identify the problem with my sick fish. I have two dwarf blue gourami's. Today I found my largest one lying on the bottom with a large lump on the bottom of him by his face. There is also another lump on his left side closer to his back fin and he has some discoloration near his face as well. I can add some pictures to help. If anyone has any ideas I would love some advice. He is currently quarantined from the rest of the tank and the other gourami is fine. Thanks.

Could be iridovirus, and unfortunately there is no cure for that.

If you film the fish with a mobile phone, hold the phone horizontally (landscape mode) so the footage fills the entire screen and doesn't have black bars on each end.

How long has the tank been set up for?
How long have you had the fish for?
Have you added anything to the tank in the 2 weeks before this started?

What is the ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, pH, GH & KH (in numbers)?
What sort of filter is on the tank?
What media/ materials are in the filter?
How often and how do you clean the filter?

Is the fish eating anything or moving at all?
