Lost Instructions Please Help

i brought one of these timers from BnQ and now have lost the instructions on how to set it can anyone help

whats it for?the lights?
pic i cant see any words on it.....if its for light just click through to find set lights on at for example 10am lights off at 10pm

i have tried but its got 20 programme settings on it so you can set different times for different days overkill really but

Just set it for a block of days (all 7), and have the first on and first off settings for all

right think iv done it the tank light are now on but when i click the OVER button the unit resets its self ?? im thinking its broke

I have that exact same timer. Mine was a tenner from B&Q and is a 'TE103 7 Day Electronic Timer'.
