Looking At Stingrays

you would need 6x2x2 for the smaller rays, like scobinb a hystrix, good luck fiing them though! Retics are easy to get but hard to keep, motoros are easy to find and fairly easy to keep (goo water etc) but get to at least 30" disc, marble motoros get around half that which still meens at least 30" width depending on the variant. I can get a pair of hystrix that can live in a 6x2x2 for life but will cost you about £450, bare in mind they are well sought after! Im getting a pair of scobina, but thats the only pair in the uk. I tried retics and was advised not to, and subsequently, id advise not to, they are lovely fish, just too fragile! When you work out the biggest tank you can get (at least 6 foot long and 30 inch wide) let us know and i and others will be more than happy to help!

I saw that one!! If I had the room and a van it would me mine!! :shifty:

i was looking at that tank, its exactly the same size as mine apart from mine is 26 inch high, but we are decorating the dining room black and white so that stand would match! i don't know if i could justify it though as i payed less than that for my tank including the whole light set 2 eheim 2080's, heaters, the lot, its a very nice tank and stand etc though, would be good if he would do a good deal on all the equipment with it!
