Liquid Carbon Or Fertiliser

I am currently trying to establish some plants in my tank & was wondering would either liquid carbon or liquid fertiliser be best to assist me??

Its a 200 litre community tank with a tetratec ex1200 filter.

Liquid carbon means dosing full ferts which you may not need, what is your lighting level?

if you does carbon you need to does ferts as well but steve beat me to that, again....

Its a fluval roma 200 with x2 30w T8's in it

Just trace ferts will do.
