Lighting For Two Small Tanks..

So after struggling with the lighting for my two small 30L tanks (18 " long each) I've had to ask the question of you lot - which clip on lighting should I get?

I will be removing the plastic hoods from both tanks, one is currently lit via 2 spotlights on the inside and gets pretty poor lighting and the other has some LED strips that used to be ok but have since lost 90% of their luminosity.

I will then be cutting sheets of glass to fit over the top of the tanks (leaving room for air) and putting on some clip-on lights - which ones?

How about an Arcadia arc pod 11w?

I use the 9w on my 20 litre and it works well.

It's a bright light and my plants are doing really well
