Easily resolved go elsewhere, why the hell they won't sell you the stuff I don't know apart from the fact that it is cheaper for you and goes further.

I use the most concentrated stuff I could find (1 ml/20 gal). I only have a 75 and a 10 gal, so not alot of water volume relative to some. I've not had any trouble. A drop into the 10 gal, or a ml into the big one.

Just work the dosage out so your not going crazy with it and it'll be fine.

Tell them they have no right to refuse your purchase and if they do, you'll sure their butts off. K.J.'s method.

Doubt they would refuse me, im in there every week buying something. I bought my tank from there and most of the stuff for it. Reckon ive spent £500 in there the last couple of months! Im just not the type to stand up to them and say "i want it now!" Ill have to get some from another shop but the next nearest is a half hour drive!
