Leaving My Four Little Froggies.

hi I have four African Dwarf Frogs and im going on holiday for two weeks, im not sure what to do because I have tropical fish in with them so can maybe get a block or something to leave in tho what do I do for my froggies? I feed them twice a week blood worms so what will happen whilst im away? how long can they go without food? and when I am home is twice a week one block of frozen worms between them enough? thanks x
