Knew Somthing Wasn't Right

Hi,
i have a 2000 uv filter from allponds, i must say i have found the company fantastic to deal with. I had never had an external filter before, so wasn't sure if it was working right. Allponds resolved any issues and concerns for me. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Hello, I also have an APS1000 and I quite like it.

I did have a problem with air entering the filter, I contacted APS and after they had me do a few checks without success so they sent me out a brand new head/motor, it then became apparent that it was not the head that was the problem but the black part with the taps, again contacted APS and again they send out a new set of taps, I was not asked to send the new head/motor back so I have a spare for future use if/when the motor gets tired.

All in all I would say the customer service I received from APS was Excellent.

Do you have the new style of Juwel cabinet or the older one? I am pretty sure my 1000 don't fit inside mine and i have the new type. I am running a Fluval 305 on it as i can slide it in length ways due to it being oblong.

I am running it on my Fluval Vicenza 180 which has 'proper' sized cupboards. lol.

i dont know if its the old or new, didnt know there was any difference tbh. its a very very tight fit, i had to remove the door and then it slid it perfectly.

just found out the difference in the cabinets. still not sure which mine is but its the one with two doors and the gap inbetween with a shelf.
