God, I'm going blind on research on this one. Closest thing to a recognised treatment is ................the current drug of choice is bithional, given orally for 15 days.

A quick call to Brian at NFP confirms the prazi treatment. PraziPro is one of the better meds out there, I've heard plenty of good things about it from breeders in the discus community. It is commonly used as part of a worming protocol for wild caught fish.
