Kessil Light Troubles :(

I bought a Kessil A150W from my LFS a few weeks ago, and now it won't turn on.

I've tried all the obvious things and it won't work.
 
I'm going to take it back to my LFS and see what they can do for me.
 
Thing is I forgot to keep my receipt *facepalm*

I am hoping since they know me well there they can help me with that....
 
Has anyone had experience with Kessil customer service? What would they say to a lost receipt?

Did you use a card? You should be covered if it comes to that.
(Or you would be in the UK etc)

I did use a card. I'm hoping that the LFS can reprint a receipt or something

I'm sure your LFS will see you right. But again, should it come down to it a bank statement etc is proof enough of purchase. It won't come to that though I'm sure

I just went to the store, they were very chill about it and tested the light in store to make sure.
When they saw it didn't work, they gave me a new one, no problems

Btw, it was the light head and not the power pack that wasn't working.

Hi there, it cost me $ 355 AUD.
 
Expensive, but, for me, worth it. Attractive light that gives off a nice colour. And clearly well made.
