Keep Changing Your Mind?

Anyone else do this? I can't seem to keep the same plan for more than a few months
There are a few plans in my sig, but I think I've gone off them!
I'm fed up of lots of small tanks and fed up of trying to get plants to grow. I'm not doing anything until after summer holidays this year. I would like a big community tank and I'm currently thinking I'll sell the 27l and the 96l, maybe the bowl too. Try and get another aqua 40 to replace the hex.
Then I'd have the 2 betta tanks and the 10gal. I could try several different things in the 10gal which I'd like to have a go with-DPs, gertrude's blue eye, peacock gobies (at different times of course!) which wouldn't work in a large community tank.
Then I could get one BIG tank (I'm thinking at least 5ft) and have loads of fake plants (and maybe a few real) scape it really nicely and build up a lovely community tank.
Hmmm, yes I like that idea, for the moment at least

I'm always changing my mind, I love where I have got to now and I'm even contemplating downsizing slighlty (tank and stock), then I see something else and go "Oh Oh that looks cool, I wonder if that would work, or I'm just about to set off for rocks and then go "Oh Oh slate would be nicer", AAAHHHH don't you just love being impulsive?

yep. Marine tank but it will be now used as a betta spawning tank, the once thats done then it will be a marine tank.

See, I've changed my mind already!
Sell the bowl, the 27l, the 40l and the 96l. Get a 2ft tank, transfer the endlers into there and add some of the small species I want to try and make a little community.
Then talk H into the biggy!

All the time I change my mine, just when I have got a tank how I like it another idea pops in my head.

I'm going through a similar problem right now. I bought a 150 gallon about a month ago and planned on putting my oscar an 5 clown loachs in there. I soon realized that the list of fish the oscar would allow in there was very slim. Then I was going to do a munba tank because I wanted a lot of color and active fish. Soon began thinking about the agression issues so started thinking about a haps tank. Then started thinking most get rather large so I wouldn't be able to have to many and there would still be agression issues. Last night I started a post on here talking about I want to start a community tank.

Pick one fav fish and build the tank around that one fish. So what fish do you really really want. If you don't know go to the lfs that will help you make up your mind. That's what I do. Pick a fish and build around it.
