Juwel O2 Diffusor. Help?

Hi Everyone. Recently upgraded our tank to a Juwel Rekord 800 and today we have brought an air diffusor kit.
Can anyone tell me what they are supposed to look like when they are working?? We have set it up today and it has about 3 bubbles coming from it!!! surely thats not right.

there shouldnt be too much bubbles coming from it. is there a valve so you can change the outflow of co2???

Theres a little black valve type thing on the end of the tube that hangs out the water, tried spinnig it round and even taking it off altogether but theres still hardly anyting. on the net it says they give a nice stream of bubbles!
