Juwel 2 Year Guarantee

Hi, I bought a juwel lido 120 about 18 months ago, and the light ballast has broken. I have found the receipt, but not the guarantee. However, I have looked on the Juwel website and it says that all Juwel aquariums come with a 2 year guarantee. Do you think I'll be able to get a replacement with just the receipt considering what I found on the website?

Probably mate. Is the LFS you got it from still going?

Most likely, I've only ever had to show the receipt when getting aquarium stuff repaired under warranty.

Thanks. The LFS is still running, I'll give them a ring tomorrow and see what they say.

Well make sure you tell them that you changed the screw caps every 5 or 6 months. Its supposed to be 6 months they last for. Juwel will void any warranty if you failed to do this.

If your LFS wont replace it Juwel will.
