iam in the process of trying to sell my 2bed flat by the sea.....
a lady and her husband came round to view flat saturday and said she loved it....also wa we going to leave the washing machine/dishwasher/fridgefreezer/blinds/wardrobe...i said yes ok,sure you dont want anything else<being sarky>she said so seriously "please make sure you dont leave that big tank in the lounge"HOW STUPID CAN ONE BE?yea all the money i spent on that and iam just gonna leave it there.....five times she said about not leaving it there...in the end even the estate agent piped up"dont panic i will take it with me"

next time say " oh i will take my $1000 + fishtank with me just becuase you dont want it included"
