I just couldn't resist, had to share a picture of my pride and joy, Ted the (rapidly growing) spiny softshell turtle! He is pig-headed (and pig nosed, lol) and spoiled rotten and thinks he is king of the world but I don't mind too much because I absolutely adore him! Isn't he handsome? 
He also very much enjoys a minnow snack now and then! I won't show you what happens after he takes his prize to the bottom of the tank...minnow bits and pieces ripped to shreds!
