well thats that, one of my male dwarf gourami`s had dropsy,checked and triple checked all the symptons. the only method i had heard of was the freezer method, luckily i read up on ways to end it all and came across the cloves way, well its all done now, seemed very humane.

i spose its all part of fish keeping isnt it?

..i am considering this for one of my platy...he's had finrot, which i think ive cured, but he also has his top lip rotted away and the bottom lip is hanging off.

I did an oto last night with clove oil, I've done quite a few now, it does get easier.
