Does anyone know if Interpet Anti white spot is safe on shrimp ?

most medications will affect shrimp. I don't know about the Interpet range but shrimp don't get whitespot so you can move them to another tank while you treat the fish. Then do a couple of water changes and put the shrimp back in.
