Issues W/ Preggo Ladies

I'm tired to death of catching fry, the tank is deep, it puts a horrid crick in my neck and they are hard to catch. That said... I can't catch the mom's either! I didn't try too hard today because the last thing I need is a bunch of stressed out fish, but I would like to get the two girlies (well the two largest) into a slightly smaller tank so I don't have issues trying to catch the fry. (Yes, I want to keep a few.) Any suggestions other than having my friend from the pet store come help me?

use two nets or a vase and trick them into swimming into the vase/net with the other net

i tried two nets... i can't get around the stupid decorations lol and I am *not* pulling them out. that would be a huge mess and i'm afraid i'd skoosh someone putting everything back in (some of the inhabitants aren't the brightest fish in the world)

What I have to do is use one of those BIG nets (Like for 12-18" fish) and then come up on them when they are eating. That's the only way I can catch any of them, mother or fry.

ah... dinner time. lol didn't think of that. i tried to bribe them today w/ a pinch of bloodworms after i moved the fry out lol but it didn't work. maybe dinner will be more entising. i want them!
