oh yeah... well adding the CAE and neons to the big tank will be the same as not getting rid of the tiger barbs right? So you may get more ammonia/nitrate spikes. If you get rid of your pleco and kissing gourami, you could fit a school of neons in the 29 gallon.

Depends on the type of pleco. Two angels might be pushing it. How bout 1 angel and 3 paradise gouramis plus the plec?
